myZou Upgrade

The myZou upgrade is now live.
All campuses within the University of Missouri System have upgraded its student information system, also referred to as Campus Solutions. For Mizzou, this has created new enhancements on myZou. Read below to learn more about what this change means for you.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required when logging into myZou.
• It is recommended to clear your browser cache and cookies as well as restart your browser the first time you log in after November 20. Refer to the Division of IT knowledge article for a step-by-step guide on completing these required steps. 
• If you have already used MFA to access your university email and/or myHR, no additional steps are required.
• If you have not recently completed MFA setup or need more information, visit the Microsoft 365 Login Information webpage.

Tile-based navigation on myZou.
• Navigation is made simple with these eight tiles: Manage Classes, Academic Records, Academic Progress, Personal Information, Financial Account, Financial Aid, Secure Document Upload, and Message Center.
• For an overview of these changes, please visit the Student Center Reference Guide.
• All myZou updates have been made to MizzouOne tasks and task centers. If you run into any problems, let us know!

New location for users with Additional Authorized Access.
• Parents, spouses, or other third-parties that have been given authorized access will need to log in using the new Access myZou portal. Please note this is a different location than the student & faculty/staff portal.
