Granting Others Access to Your Information
- For all roles
Your MU educational record is private unless you grant MU permission to share it. There are three options for granting access:
- Online access to your MU academic, financial aid, and directory information in myZou (AAA)
- Online access to your MU billing information and ability to make a payment in TouchNet (Authorized User)
- Give MU permission to verbally discuss your academic, financial aid, student account activity and billing, and directory information (FERPA)
Each permission is a separate process. Once access is granted those users will receive their own login information. Do not share your student login information.
Access is granted and removed by you at any time. Additional details and links to the tasks are below.
